Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service and Lack of Payment Assistance Options
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experiences I’ve had with T-Mobile’s customer service. As a long-time customer, I am extremely disappointed by both the lack of support regarding flexible payment options and the unprofessional, dismissive attitude I encountered from several representatives. During a time when many companies are offering understanding and assistance to their loyal customers, T-Mobile seems to fall short. I contacted customer service to request a short-term payment arrangement due to unforeseen financial hardship, only to be met with zero empathy and rigid, unhelpful responses. Not only was my situation ignored, but the representatives I spoke to were also rude, impatient, and made me feel like my concerns were a burden rather than a priority. What’s most frustrating is that T-Mobile promotes itself as a customer-focused brand. However, my experience shows otherwise. The customer service reps I dealt with lacked basic professionalism, and there appeared to be no willingness to offer reasonable solutions. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire company. I hope this letter reaches someone who values customer feedback and is willing to take steps to ensure that no other customer has to endure the same level of disregard. I urge you to review how payment flexibility is handled and to provide better training for your representatives on how to communicate with respect and empathy. One of the original LTE beta testers and the promise of a price lock is gone for good.. First promise broken was auto pay. Promise broken when you could not use credit card. Next was $10 You Tube Discount.. Then they removed that and gave me the discount on my T-mobile account, That was fair. Today's bill -- the discount is now removed. So now have the choice. Switch to ATT with their own issues, switch to Verizon also with issues. Get lower price since I have phones on both. Both are biz lines and like to keep biz expenses separate -- but I think this is the last straw with T Mobile. Hello, I will arrive from Europe to New York JFK airport in early May and I plan to travel around the USA. The trip also includes some days in Canada. I still have a T-Mobile prepaid card bought in the USA on September 2024. Is it possible to know if it is still active? If it is not active, is it possible to reactivate it in order to use it immediately after landing at JFK? If not, which is the best choice once landed? I heard that prepaid SIMs at airports are not a great value, but, is there a T-Mobile agent at the airport arrivals zone? Thanks a lot. I am permanently station overseas on orders and was just told by T-Mobile customer service representatives that I cannot unlock my iPhone 16 pro since there is a balance on it. I was under the impression that active duty service members on orders overseas were allowed to have their phones unlocked with or without balance on their account. T-mobiles’ website says it should be allowed with orders, but the customer service representatives did not give me the option to send up the orders. No one has helped me with this I had to file an FCC complaint due to T-Mobiles lack of response. Customer care representatives do not follow up on scheduled call backs. I’ve been promised countless call backs from representatives and they never follow through. I don’t know how else to escalate this issue. I’ve submitted an FCC complaint due to my account being accessed by store employees without my consent. I’ve called customer care to complain and they haven’t done anything about it. Lines are being activated without my consent and nothing is being done. I’m going to end up suing T-Mobile due to violating my contract and multiple CPNI laws. I’ve called more than 20 times and I’m always promised a call back or placed on hold and I have to explain my story all over. I find it frustrating that there was a small window to redeem this offer. Being a customer and having a good plan that I pay for, I feel the perks that we are offered should be available. I've had MLB TV the last few years and I speak to customer service and the only answer I get is "sorry, we understand, too late>" Has anyone found a better answer. Whenever I try to open the T-Life app on my Samsung flip 6 it will go through the Authentication, say hello to me, and then shut down. Anyone else having that trouble and how did you correct it?
